LSF Health Systems is the second largest of seven not-for-profit behavioral health Managing Entities contracted by the Florida Department of Children and Families to oversee the state-funded system of behavioral health care for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. We contract with more than 60 leading behavioral health organizations in a 23-county region in Northeast and North Central Florida to provide a comprehensive system of mental health and substance use prevention, treatment and recovery support services. Each year, our provider network serves more than 1.2 million uninsured or underinsured children and adults living in poverty in Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Flagler, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Lake, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Union and Volusia counties. Featured Position: ADULT SYSTEM OF CARE MANAGER
Are you an innovative, compassionate, and thoughtful leader who is passionate about serving the most vulnerable among us at a macro level? If so, then you may be the next Adult System of Care Manager for LSF Health Systems. This position is responsible for supervising our internal care coordination department along with managing specialty mental health programs designed to serve DCF priority populations and fill service gaps in the community. The ideal candidate needs to have experience providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illnesses, analyzing program data and trends, along with previous supervisory responsibility.
